What can I expect in the first session?
The first session typically focuses on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your goals, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from counseling. This helps determine how therapy can best support you.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions. The frequency of sessions can change over time depending on your goals, progress, and needs.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wanting to better understand yourself or your role in your relationships, therapy can be a helpful place to explore those experiences. Reaching out for a consultation can help determine whether working together would be a good fit.
How long does therapy take?
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and circumstances. Some clients attend for a few months while others choose longer-term support.
What issues do you help with?
Common concerns include anxiety, depression, infertility, postpartum and pregnancy support, grief, life transitions, and personal growth.
Is therapy confidential?
